About Doug Stowe:
Doug Stowe, a veteran woodworker from Eureka Springs, Arkansas, has dedicated over 45 years to his craft. Known for his 15 books and over 90 articles in prominent woodworking publications, Doug is a co-founder of the Eureka Springs Guild of Artists and Craftspeople and the Eureka Springs School of the Arts. He initiated the Wisdom of the Hands Program in 2001 and was recognized as an Arkansas Living Treasure in 2009.
