Looking to make spooky memories in Eureka Springs this Halloween? #1 Witches Escape
The annual Witches Escape is a magical Halloween themed adventure throughout Downtown Eureka Springs that combines the action of a scavenger hunt with the thrill of a historical mystery. Event participants are invited to dress in witchy garb and compete in cackling and costume contests, learn a special witches dance, and play Witches Shopping Bingo for a chance to win some amazing prizes from local shops and crafts people. This year’s event has been expanded into two days (Friday Oct 6th and Saturday Oct 7th), with unique experiences planned for each day. All witches and wizards ages 18 and up are invited to attend the Witches Escape. #2 Witches + Wizards Ball
Join us in the haunted underground level of the Eureka Springs City Auditorium for an enchanting evening of dark dancing! Featuring costume contest, chilling haunt decor by Bloodwither Studios, and spooky bone-shaking beats by DJ Testube – the “mad scientist of music”!

#3 Voices from the Silent City
The Eureka Springs Historical Museum presents the 13th annual “Voices from Eureka’s Silent City” living history tours at the city cemetery. Character actors portraying residents of the historic Eureka Springs IOOF cemetery will greet and guide you, sharing the story of their lives and times. This year’s performances will take place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, October 19th, 20th and 21st, and again on Friday and Saturday, October 27th and 28th.

#4 Zombie Crawl
All you ghouls and gals get ready because The Zombie Crawl is back for 2023! This year we’ll have vendors, music, and food all day beginning around 12pm. Parade starts at 6pm! https://www.visiteurekasprings.com/event/eureka-springs-zombie-crawl/

#5 Zombie Crawl Afterparty
Come listen to the dark electronic tunes of DJ Testube and experience the apocalypse in the (haunted?) underground basement of The Auditorium. 8-11pm, right after the Zombie Crawl parade on October 28th! Bring your best Mad Max costume because there will be a costume contest! The grand prize winner will take home a customized apocalyptic trophy designed by Bloodwither Studios.

#6 Walking Dead Dance Party
After the Zombie Crawl 2023, head on over to Upstairs at Grotto for The Night of The Walking Dead Dance Party! The Juice! and dance the night away! This party is no ordinary Monster Mash!

#7 NWA Ballet Presents: Dracula
Come experience an action-and-emotion-packed artistic combination of plot elements extracted from Bram Stoker’s 1897 novel along with more current dramatic elements extrapolated from both stage and screen in an edge-of-your-seat ballet filled with expressive excellence from ballet, film, voice, and physical theater.

#8 I Haunt You
This haunted love story follows the parallel journeys of three couples from different times and spaces produced by Melonlight.

#9 Intrigue Theater
Are you ready for a Halloween experience like no other? Look no further than Intrigue Theater’s October Show, INTRIGUE ORIGINS. This exclusive event, taking place in October 2023 at Intrigue Theater in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, is not to be missed. The founders of Intrigue Theater and publishers of Intrigue Journal have been developing paranormal experiments for over 12 years, and they are finally ready to share them with the world.

#10 Mad Hatter Ball
